Five values shape how we work with customers, suppliers and each other – every day, in every country.
Look at a multilayer circuit board and you see only the surface: the solder mask, the pads, the markings. The layers that make it work are hidden inside. Every signal passes through them, yet no one ever sees them. Values work the same way. You will not find them on a delivery note or an invoice. But they decide what happens when a delivery is at risk, when a specification is unclear, or when the easy choice and the right choice point in different directions.
01 Service - We make a difference
Service is often mistaken for friendliness. To us it is something more demanding: ownership. A question that lands in our inbox become our question. A problem in your supply chain becomes our problem – until it is solved.
Understanding and meeting our customer expectations, we take ownership and act quickly and effectively, allowing us to make a difference to your PCB supply chain.
In practice: One HDI prototype, a hundred flex-rigid boards or a container of double-sided boards – you have one contact who follows it all the way. Import, logistics and paperwork are ours to handle, so you can focus on development and production.
02 Flexibility - Your needs, our solution
No circuit board is truly standard. Each one is an answer to a question someone else has asked. Flexibility, for us, is not saying yes to everything. It is finding the route that works – the way a good designer routes a trace around an obstacle instead of straight through it.
Adapting to changing needs and demands is what we do. Our can-do mentality drives us to find the right solutions to your PCB needs.
In practice: From the first prototype to series production, we match each order to the most suitable PCB Connect approved factory and technology. When a design or a specification needs a second look, our technical team helps before production starts – not after.
03 Availability – Global partner with a local presence
Distance is not measured in kilometers, but in how long it takes to get an answer. A supplier on the other side of the world can feel close. One next door can feel far away.
Customers shall, supported by PCB Connect, feel that they are close and have access to the best, most reliable, and most effective PCB solutions in the world.
In practice: 14 entities serving customers in 21 countries. Local people who speak your language and know your market. Our own employees in China and in the factories, and our own warehouse and logistic solutions in Europe – so global production never feels far away.
04 Transparency - Cross Boarder communication
Every border a printed circuit board crosses – between countries, languages, time zones and companies – is a place where information can get lost. In electronics, a mismatch on the line causes reflections and noise. In a supply chain, it causes surprises. Transparency is how we keep the signal clean, all the way from factory to your production line.
Through great transparency and communication between all parties, we create long-term relationships for our customers, our suppliers and PCB Connect.
In practice: Clear order status from registration to signed delivery. Honest information about lead times, prices and market conditions – shared openly in our commodity reports. Traceable materials, a signed Code of Conduct and published minerals reporting.
05 Sustainability – Long-term focus
Sustainability begins with time. It means asking not only “what works now?” but “what will still work in ten years?” – for the environment, for the people in our supply chain and for the company we are building.
We believe that a long-term focus is key to building stable and high-quality solutions and enabling possibilities to drive continuous improvements.
In practice: ISO 14001 certified since 2008. Long-term relationships with our approved factories, built on annual audits and shared improvement. And a company that has grown organically since 2004 – office by office, by our own people, without shortcuts.
Values are easy on a good day. They are tested on the hard ones: when a holiday closes the factories, when a material runs short, when a customer audit is tomorrow morning. That is when we find out whether they are real.
Ours have been tested for more than twenty years. They are the reason our promise still reads the same: printed circuit boards at the right quality, the right price and the right time.
